About water heaters
Should I go tankless?
In a Manhattan apartment the gas supply and venting usually decide it. If the building can support it, tankless saves space and standby cost. If not, a modern tank is the better buy.
Does my building need to approve it?
Replacing like for like rarely needs board approval, but gas work in a co-op often needs the super informed. We handle the coordination.
