No spam, no mailing list. Your details go to the dispatcher and the plumber assigned to you.

01 — Why one call

One call instead of five voicemails.

  1. 1

    Answered every time

Most plumbers cannot pick up while they are under a sink. Calling around means voicemails and waiting. Our line is answered day and night, and takes your details in under two minutes.

  2. 2

The plumber who is free, near you

We route your job to a licensed plumber already working in your part of Manhattan, not whichever ad you happened to click.

  3. 3

Licensed and insured, before they arrive

We only refer jobs to NYC-licensed, insured plumbers, and send the certificate your building asks for.

  4. 4

    The price in writing first

No hourly meter. The plumber diagnoses on site and gives you a written price. Nothing starts until you say yes.

03 — How it works

Three steps between the leak and the fix.

  1. 1

    Tell us what is happening

Call, text or use the form. Say what you see and where you are. A photo helps.

  2. 2

We confirm a time and a plumber

You get a call back with the arrival window and the name of the licensed plumber coming. Emergencies go first.

  3. 3

    Price agreed, then the work

The plumber diagnoses on site and gives you a written price. Nothing starts until you say yes.

04 — Where we work

All of Manhattan, and plumbers who know its buildings.

Pre-war galvanized on the Upper West Side, one-pipe steam in Harlem brownstones, long loft drain runs in Tribeca. Each neighborhood has its own plumbing, and we send people who have worked in it.

05 — Questions

Straight answers before you book.

  • Are your plumbers licensed in New York City?

We are a referral service, and we only send jobs to independent plumbers licensed by the NYC Department of Buildings who carry their own liability insurance. Ask for the plumber's license number and certificate of insurance before the visit and we will send them.

  • How is the price set?

You get a written price before work starts, based on what the plumber finds on site. There is no hourly meter running. If the job changes once a wall is open, you are told before anything else is done.

  • Do you come the same day?

For emergencies, yes, seven days a week. For scheduled work like a fixture swap or a boiler service, you choose a morning or afternoon window, usually within a day or two.

  • My building needs a certificate of insurance. Can you provide one?

Yes. Send us the managing agent's requirements when you book and the certificate is issued before the plumber arrives.

  • Which parts of Manhattan do you cover?

All of it, from the Battery to Inwood. The service-area pages describe what we typically see in each neighborhood's buildings.
